Job Position: Transport Officer (Meghnaghat Plant)

Job Description / Responsibility

• To maintain documents related to vehicles, such as- registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, route permit and police case etc.
• To prepare the monthly and yearly expense statement on the basis of each vehicle report
• To monitor movement of vehicles and planning schedule
• To prepare and monitor pick and drop schedule plan
• To keep record of expenses of all vehicles
• To monitor & record accidents and take necessary steps
• To check and verify attendance of drivers
• To ensure the proper maintenance of vehicles
• To implement transport policy approved by the management
• To keep contact with the vehicle monitoring cell regularly
• Any other task assigned by the company

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master’s degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
